Common faults we see on Dux units

Because so many Dux units in the Redlands are older storage tanks, the faults we see reflect that age. No hot water is the most common call, and on an electric unit that usually traces back to a faulty element or thermostat, while on a gas unit it is more often a pilot light or ignition fault, particularly if the unit has been sitting unused.
